I went to Miami Expo to speak this past weekend. I had a blast meeting some of my friends and colleagues who came out to see and hear me speak. It's so awesome to know people genuinely care about you!
I was disappointed because the sound did not play on my Speaker Reel.
I went in a day early to do a sound check and when I called the Organizer, she stated that someone would be over to set up that night and no one was there.
The story goes on, but I will stop here. Finally, because I practiced my presentation I presented well, had a packed room and lots of new connections.
