Update to my Chairman of the Board.... MAYBE !!!
Ultimatum!

During our two weeks of silence while you consult with your LAWYERS ABOUT paying THE $350k TO REMAIN As Chairman of BudgetVideo4BIZ, Inc..... with a deposit / good will indicator of a $50K deposit into my Chase Bank ACCOUNT.....

In addition to the EQUITY Agreement yyou are drafting for California Economic Club..... I would like a 10% Commission on any StarFIGHTERS orders I DIRECTLY bring in (Like Walt's recent $200K orde - which will be repetitive!!!) and a 5% for any order that comes in as a result of my Network involvement.
As for Sunset Grill (For Singles), I would like an agreed upon "MANAGEMENT Consulting Fee" of $66/hour -- IN MINIMUM BLOCKS OF 10 HOURS.

We can negotiate the Managemeent Consulting Fee for thT SEWCURITY COMOPANY..... THAT IS Lingering ------- way way way TOO LONG ....

And I will bring in Tab Pierce from the CyberSecutirty Company here is Mesa as he will be on my Board of the Arizona Economic Club --- with you -- Or, the Arizona Business Collaboration Cooperative -- without you!!!!
