Just as Mothers Against Drunk Driving mobilized us all to be responsible for not only ourselves, but others as well, to eventually reduce drunk driving fatalities; We are mobilizing students to reach out and befriend students who need emotional support. Survivors of Hopelessness recognizes that hopelessness is the final straw to push a person of any age to "end it all." However, our students are most vulnerable to this. And there is no "stigma" against suicide prevention - only the #2 paralyzer..."helplessness!" People shy away from discussion because they don't know how to react, or how to feel, or what to say or think. We have bridged that gap with our program for Undercover Super Heroes! Please join us in this worthy cause to rescue/immunize (through education) our next generation from hopelessness....
