Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing.

· If things are NOT in writing, people will interpret what you said.

· If stuff was sent via text, screencap EVERYTHING.

· If it was a zoom meeting, record it. Get it transcribed. Send it to the person and have them acknowledge it.

At the top of an SOP write:

· Do NOT interpret.

At the bottom of an SOP write:

· Ask questions if there’s something that is unclear to you—there are NO stupid questions.
